How do I cancel NCR in ETHOS?

If you want to cancel an NCR, follow these steps:

NOTE: Please, note that you can cancel NCR that in Coordination or Disposition Approval stage only.

  1. Open the NCR view and click the Clarify button at the bottom of the page to submit a clarification request. In the Leave a Comment box, describe the clarification request.

  1. After the NCR enters its coordination state (as shown in the picture below), submit the second clarification request by repeating the previous step.

  1. Finally, you can cancel the NCR by clicking the Cancel button at the bottom of the NCR page.
