Why can't I login to ETHOS?

There might be a number of reasons.

  1. First of all, make sure you are registered in the ETHOS. Typically, before logging in the first time, you receive an invitation letter from your workspace administrator. Find the letter in your Inbox (also check your Junk Email) and create a new account. Refer to the Login instruction for more information.

  2. Second, make sure you are using your login instead of email as a Username. Generally, your login will derive from your first and last name. For example "John Smith" will have "jsmith" as a username.

  3. Third, keep in mind that your ETHOS password might differ from your ordinary Windows password that you use to log into your laptop or mailbox.

  4. Finally, in case you forgot your password you can reset it by clicking on the "Forgot Password?" button on the login page. Refer to the Reset Password instruction for more information.
